Omar Hajaj is originally Palestinian but was born and raised in the UK. He lived and studied in the middle east (Jordan) for four years during his early years and has also studied and graduated from the Islamic university of Madina. Omar studied Anthropology in university followed by a BA in Shariah. He worked as a general manager in the UK for one of the worlds most popular Islamic magazines - Al Jumuah. He has also worked as a Youth Leader in Al Muntada Al Islami, head of campaigns for FOSIS and lead on national pro-justice campaigns in the UK. His most recent project Yaseen Youth Tours is a successful non-profit organisation that aims to inspire the youth through life-changing programmes. Omar is one of the Imams, khateebs and teachers at one of UKs most active Islamic centres in London. He is a close student of Shiekh Haitham Al-Haddad in the UK and studied closely with Professor Abdullah Ibn Muhammed Al-Ameen Asshinqitee, Dr Yahya Al Yahya and Dr Khaled Afifi in Madina.
